So you want to know how to build up muscle fast, do you? Great, I’m likely to get right into it, no bull shit, no talking for ages telling you all the crap, no scientifics. I’m just likely to give you a full routine showing exactly how to build up muscle fast so you can get the body of your goals.

First off I’m likely to offer you a few different versions, if you are new to the gym or have made no real progress in the gym for a long time I’d recommend trying out the following routine before I go more in depth with the routine I’m about to offer you here.

The routine above is an excellent routine. Yes, it’s absolutely free and it offers you a great bunch of different options if you want to build the body of your goals, it works all the big heavy compound lifts, it trains every one body part and I’ve seen fellas get stronger and add muscle Every One Week for up to 9 months. It will burn fat, build muscle and make you as strong as an ox, is there anything else you could ask for?
However, if you’ve been training for some time and already have a nice amount of muscle mass on your frame but just feel you need something “more” to take you from the intermediate to advanced level then the following routine will work fine.
Again, I’d highly recommend doing the above routine to milk “results” while a more advanced routine may seem better, it doesn’t mean better results, it simply means you’ve got to the level that getting any results from is a positive. If you can the routine above will give you a HELL of a lot of results so try that one out first!
